Status: Part-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor, invoiced monthly
Pay Range: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour
Schedule: 1–4 hours per week
Location: Hybrid / Remote (Must be local to Portland, OR for occasional onsite visits)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, self-starting Independent Contractor to manage our social media presence and content marketing. This is a 1099 position, perfect for a freelancer or student with a passion for 3D printing who wants to manage a small, high-impact account.
As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and methods, provided you meet our weekly and monthly content deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Design, film, and edit high-quality content for Instagram (Reels/Stories), and LinkedIn. Roughly 1 reel/story/post a week.
Blog Posts: Draft and deploy blog posts, such as case studies, product and service updates, etc roughly 1 per month.
Social Management: Manage the posting schedule.
Campaign Support: Assist in the rollout of seasonal promotions, product launches, or local events.
Analytics: Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates) and provide a monthly "What’s Working" report.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals and copy align with our brand voice and aesthetic.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or business (internships count!).
Experience with basic photography and lighting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with photo editing and graphic design
Strong video editing skills.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
Copywriting: Ability to write catchy, error-free captions that drive action.
Self-Starter: Since this is part-time, you must be able to manage your own deadlines and work independently.
Trend Awareness: Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm shifts.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with 3D printing.
A portfolio of previous social media work (even if it's your own personal brand).

Role Overview
We are a growing 3D printing services company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Admin to manage our back-office health. This role is perfect for a freelance bookkeeper or an HR professional looking for flexible supplemental work and income. You will be responsible for ensuring our financials are crystal clear and our HR practices are 100% compliant with Oregon’s latest regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management (Bookkeeping)
Bank Reconciliation: Match and categorize transactions in QuickBooks monthly.
Accounts Payable: Manage vendor payments and ensure 3D printing material invoices (filament, parts) are tracked and paid.
Payroll: Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting.
Monthly Reporting: Generate a simple P&L and Balance Sheet for the owner to review.
2. HR & Compliance (The "Oregon 2026" Specialist)
SB 906 Compliance: Draft and maintain the required "Written Explanation of Earnings" for all new hires (listing all pay codes and deductions).
Onboarding: Manage the digital paperwork for new hires to ensure we meet all BOLI requirements.
File Management: Maintain secure, confidential employee records and ensure our labor law posters and handbooks are updated annually.
Sick Time Tracking: Monitor Oregon Paid Sick Leave accruals and usage.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or HR administration.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and modern payroll platforms.
Oregon Law Knowledge: Familiarity with BOLI regulations, including the 2026 payroll transparency updates.
Reliability: High level of discretion and the ability to work independently with zero "nudging."
